Why our rate is at the top of the page

Most dispatch companies will not tell you their percentage until you are on a call with them, because the number is easier to defend once they have your attention. Ours is 8% of linehaul. We take nothing from your fuel surcharge, nothing from detention and nothing from any other accessorial. There is no weekly minimum, no sign-up fee and no buyout, and you can leave whenever you want. If someone beats that honestly, take it.

We correct ourselves in public

This July an operator challenged something we had posted about when the detention clock starts. He was right and we were wrong, so we corrected it publicly in the same group with our name on it rather than quietly deleting the post. A few days later a thirty year flatbedder pulled us up on how we described strap markings, and we did the same thing again. That is going to keep happening, because we would rather be corrected in front of people than be wrong quietly.

Why we talk about scams so much

Because the dispatch business earned its reputation. Operators get asked to run under somebody else's authority, charged a fee before a single load moves, locked into contracts with buyouts, and quoted a percentage that quietly comes off the fuel surcharge too. Every carrier who calls us has heard a version of that story, which is why nothing here requires you to trust us. The rate is published, the terms are published, and you can leave on any day of the week.

What you will not find on this website

No invented customer numbers. No review scores we cannot prove. No stock photographs of trucks presented as our fleet. No team page full of people who do not exist. We are a small operation and we would rather say so plainly than dress it up, because the carriers we want to work with check these things.
