FLEETDISPATCHERS
HOW IT WORKS

From first message to first load.

No sign-up fee, no contract term, and nothing to cancel later. If it does not work in the first month you walk away and owe nothing. Here is exactly what happens in between.

STEP 1

Tell us what you run

Equipment, payload, home base, and whether your authority is active and running now. If your MC is still pending we will tell you to wait it out rather than sign you up to sit.

STEP 2

We give you a straight answer

Whether the freight near you suits your truck, what a realistic week looks like, and whether you actually need a dispatcher at all. Some operators do not, and we would rather say so than take the money.

STEP 3

Send four documents

Operating authority letter, certificate of insurance, W-9, and the signed dispatch agreement. You can send photos of them straight to our phone or over WhatsApp.

STEP 4

We set you up with brokers

We use your packet to get you set up with the brokers covering your lanes. Expect this to take longer on a new authority. Plenty of brokers want to see 90 days on an MC before they will work with it, and some of the larger ones want 180. Nobody tells new carriers this before they buy a truck, and it is the single most common reason a first month feels slow.

STEP 5

Every load comes to you first

Broker, rate, miles, deadhead, appointment times. Nothing gets booked without you saying yes.

STEP 6

We invoice the day you deliver

Complete paperwork sent the same day, plus any detention, layover or accessorials you are owed on that load.

What the first two weeks are really for

Two weeks of running produces something more valuable than any load we book in that time: your own cost per mile, built from your fuel, your maintenance, your insurance and your actual deadhead. Once you know that number, you can look at any rate and know instantly whether it is worth turning the key. Most operators are running on somebody else's average, which is why they get talked into cheap freight.

Talk to a person

Call, message or email. If you want a second opinion on a rate confirmation before you accept it, send us a photo of it.
