TRUCK DISPATCH   UNITED STATES

You drive. We handle the load board, the phone calls and the paperwork.

Fleet Dispatchers books freight for owner operators running their own authority. We find the loads, argue the rate, and keep your invoices moving so the money arrives without you chasing it.

What a dispatcher is actually for

There is no secret load board. What you are buying is somebody spending their whole working day on the parts of the job that pay badly when they are rushed, so you can spend yours driving.

01

Finding freight

Boards, broker contacts and lanes that never get posted publicly. Plenty of decent freight is covered on a phone call before it ever reaches a board.

02

Arguing the rate

We counter on linehaul, not the all-in figure with the fuel surcharge baked into it. Those are two different numbers and brokers know which one you are quoting.

03

Paperwork

Broker packets, rate confirmations checked before you roll, invoices out the same day you deliver. Most brokers count their terms from a clean invoice, not from delivery.

04

The ride home

Strong outbound and a cheap return is how a good week turns average. We plan the backhaul before you accept the first load.

How it works

Four steps, and usually done inside a day once your paperwork is together.

STEP 1

We talk first

What you run, where you are based, whether your authority is active, and what a week has to produce before it is worth turning the key. If we are not the right fit for your equipment or your area, we will say so.

STEP 2

You send four documents

Operating authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement. Photograph them and send them over. That is the whole packet.

STEP 3

We start booking

Every load comes to you before it is accepted. Broker, rate, loaded and empty miles, appointment times. You decide, every time.

STEP 4

Two weeks in, you have your own number

Your cost per mile, built from your fuel, your maintenance and your actual deadhead, instead of an average somebody quoted in a Facebook group. That number is worth more than any load we book in those two weeks.

Why we put the rate at the top of the page

Because most dispatch companies will not tell you theirs until you are on a call. We also tell operators when they do not need a dispatcher, and when we get something wrong in public we correct it in public with our name on it. There are no invented customer counts on this site, no review scores we cannot prove, and no team page full of people who do not exist. Spend an hour on other dispatch websites and you will see why that is worth saying out loud.
