What we actually do between your loads.
A dispatcher cannot invent freight that is not there. What we can do is spend every working hour on the parts of your business that quietly cost you money when they get rushed at the end of a fourteen hour day.
Finding your loads
We work the boards, the broker contacts and the lanes that never get posted. A lot of decent freight is covered on a phone call before it reaches a board at all, which is why a load board on its own is rarely the whole answer. We build a week that connects, rather than handing you a list of whatever happened to be posted this morning.
Arguing the rate
Most operators counter against the all-in number, which already has the fuel surcharge folded into it. We counter on linehaul, because linehaul is the part that pays the truck. Brokers know exactly which figure you are quoting, and the gap between the two is not small over a month.
Broker setup and vetting
We get you set up with brokers covering your lanes, and we check them before you haul for them. FMCSA authority status, bond, and whether the company calling you is actually the company on the rate confirmation. Double brokering and load fraud are a real problem right now, and the check takes minutes.
Paperwork and invoicing
Rate confirmations read properly before you roll, and invoices sent the same day you deliver with complete paperwork attached. Most brokers count their payment terms from a clean invoice rather than from delivery, so a same day turnaround moves your money closer for free.
The accessorials nobody bills
Detention, layover, truck ordered not used, extra stops, tarping, driver assist. Every one of those is standard on most broker contracts and every one gets skipped, because it feels awkward to raise money mid load and because the window to claim it is short. We track them and we invoice them, and we do not take a percentage of any of it.
Your cost per mile
After two weeks of running you will have a number built from your fuel, your maintenance, your insurance and your real deadhead, instead of an average somebody quoted in a Facebook group. Once you can see your own floor you stop being talked into cheap freight, because you know exactly what it costs you to turn the key.
What we do not do
Saying this plainly saves everyone a phone call.
We do not rent authority
You run under your own MC. Anyone offering to let you run under theirs for a percentage is handing you their liability and keeping the upside.
We are not a broker or a carrier
We do not own trucks and we never take title to your freight. We work for the carrier, which means our interests line up with yours and not with the shipper.
We do not promise a rate
Anyone guaranteeing a number per mile before seeing your equipment, your lanes and your home base is guessing, or selling.
