What we need to actually start. Your operating authority letter, a certificate of insurance, a W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement. Photograph them and send them over once we have spoken. You do not need the physical authority certificate in the post, and you should not pay any website for a copy of it, because FMCSA provides it free.
